Academic: Expertise in one or more of the following fields – General Business, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Hospitality, Economics, Corporate Finance, Banking, Statistics & Data Analysis, HR, Business Psychology, Politics, Social Studies.
Academic Support: Experience in providing the necessary support and back up to the smooth and efficient running of the Academic department. Key areas of expertise are understanding and managing online Learning Management Systems, knowing and understanding the global education market, managing the requirements of online programs, and arranging and supervising examinations as well as lasing with institutional partners, awarding bodies and accreditation authorities.
Administration: Roles range from front-office functions such as the manning of Reception to core back-office roles in Admissions, Accounting, Technical Support, Maintenance and Purchasing.
Recruitment: With a student body over 120 nationalities, the global recruitment of students forms a key part of our business school. Expertise in telesales (telephone, email and WhatsApp) plus the use and maintenance of a CRM system.
