Las Terrazas Resort, Pierres & Vacances, Manilva
- Accommodation: Students can enjoy high quality accommodation, in 2 beds, 2 bath or 1 bed, 1 bath apartments at Las Terrazas Pierre & Vacences in Rock Bay, Manilva shared exclusively with other SBS students, available throughout the academic year, from October to May.
- Equipped: The apartments are fully equipped, furnished to high standards, include bed linen, quality electrical appliances, dishwasher, A/C hot and cold, Wi-Fi internet connection, ample dining and living room with TV and terraces offering splendid views towards Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.
- Facilities: Students can make full use of 2 large outdoor swimming pools, social areas, gardens.
- Safe: The student accommodation enjoys 24-hours security, CCTV surveillance, support in case of medical need and an overall natural environment free from pollution, noise or contamination.
- Environment: The resort is set in a gated estate surrounded by nature and extensive green areas for long walks and only 8 minutes walk from clean beaches. By car, 7 minutes to Torreguadiaro and its splendid beaches, 9 minutes to the prestigious Sotogrande Marina and Port, 12 minutes to the new Schellhammer Business School campus at San Roque Club, 37 minutes to Gibraltar airport.
